30 of us gathered in this house for our 22nd Annual family Reunion. The house is nice but really needs some TLC. There was a lot of wear and tear...hole in the wall, several patched holes never painted, hole in the screen, broken blinds, burnt out light bulbs, etc. More concerning issues were the empty fire extinguisher in the kitchen and the condition of the child safety fence around the pool. We had 6 little ones so this was a big concern as there were several areas of the fence that were broken and not secured to the ground. There were also very sharp areas on the ground where the fence poles broke off, another hazard. We had garbage pick up only ONCE the entire week we were there. The garbage piled up out front of the house was disgusting, attracting flies and roaches which made their way into the game room on the other side of the garage door. The flies in the lanai were a nuisance as they inevitably made their way into the house. I imagine this was from the construction and dumpsters up and down the street. Lastly, the trash that was along side and in back of the house was unsightly. Yard people literally mowed around it or through it. We noticed that the neighboring houses (also Hope Rise Bowling houses) had similar pool safety fence issues. This is an easy repair and should be done asap before a child drowns. All in all, this house could be a great place if they would take a day to make these repairs. Cliff was great and very responsive to our texts. He supplied whatever we needed that was not in the house (cribs, highchairs, kitchen items, etc.).”

We stayed at mission to space villa for a long weekend in September as a friends and family reunion trip, the house was amazing we had 36 people in the home everyone had plenty of space to spread out and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The host met our first guest there welcomed us and left us with a local contact number if we needed him. We did have to text him about random questions and one minor issue with the hot tub and he was alway quick to respond and got the pool people to check on us and he even came by to check on the hot tub as well. I have already told so many friends about the house and we are planning another trip next year but with twin house and double the people. We had the best experience.”
